The location was perfect, just steps from the slopes and shops. the breakfast buffet was expansive and diverse.

Staying at Madame Vacances Hotel Le Mottaret was a pleasant getaway. The room provided a cozy atmosphere with comfortable bedding and great mountain views. The buffet breakfast impressed me each morning with a wide variety of options. Dinner featured themed nights, which added some fun to the dining experience. I appreciated having a ski equipment hire shop on-site, making it so convenient to get ready for the slopes. Relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi after skiing was a treat, but access felt a bit unsafe as the path was icy without enough mats. While I enjoyed the lounge area in the evenings, it got crowded at times, limiting seating options. Although the staff were friendly, I noticed some delays during peak hours at the bar. My primary concern was the noise from the jacuzzi spa area in my room. I wish I’d known about that beforehand. The lack of a lift to some floors might be challenging with heavy luggage. I will likely consider returning despite the minor issues, especially for that fab buffet dinner.

The rooms can be noisy, particularly if you end up near the bar. sounds from late-night revelers can peek through the walls. The layout of the boot room is quite awkward, which makes gearing up cumbersome, especially during busy times. It's also worth mentioning that while the food is generally good, some buffet items can be hit or miss, lacking the punch one might hope for after a day on the slopes. navigating multiple flights of stairs to reach some dining areas can be a challenge with heavy ski gear. The WiFi connection is spotty, often failing in the rooms when you need it most, which is a hassle for planning your next ski adventure.

Perfect spot for ski lovers!
Loved the cozy lounge and bar area—perfect for unwinding after a long day on the slopes. The spa’s indoor jacuzzi was a great way to relax, tho the path was a bit slippery at times. Food was on point, especially the fresh pastries at breakfast! Just wish the bar could handle peak times a bit better.
